Regional pricing

When you're establishing regional price points for bundled outcome-based annuity services, do you typically link the price to foreign exchange rates or regional Consulting/Edu rates?

Hi Jim,
I was intrigued by your question and wanted to give you a perspective, hopefully it will be useful.
It seems if you are building an outcome based service that the pricing must be value based. Pricing is always contextual so a regional price strategy makes sense. I would encourage you to challenge convention and try to move away from the traditional rate structure to a structure that stands on it own. Another option is to look as a hybrid pricing strategy.
All the best.
