We're trying user guides, training sessions: maybe it is "old school content" but with a new clothing: short videos, dynamic communications, short interactions with smaller groups. The more you respect the customers culture and format to communicate (it is essential to getHR and Marketing involved), the more we see results.
We worked with different companies with the quick challenge that was being postponed to migrate to WFH.
A new challenge would be when we have mixed environments again: people in the office, in the same room, and back home. How to make communication and interaction effective for everyone (not shutting down people that are physically away).
