SWAG Shop & worldwide Distribution

Hi,

we plan to implement a SWAG shop in 2021. The Shop should give the possibility for our employees, customers an partners to purchase SWAG. Either with payment, vouchers or points they earn with participation in our community.

We are global operating company and would also need a company who offers production and worldwide delivery.

Does anyone has experience on:

1. WebShop solution who allow internal and external usage and which are flexible when it comes to payment.
2. SWAG production and delivery company which operates worldwide

There are several great swag providers these days depending on whether you're looking for a complete/managed solution or wanting to customize. If you don't already have a CMS (Content Management System) you're working with to provide the shopping experience, here are some options:

Select a CMS that has a great API that can connect to a third party swag provider like shopify, HubSpot, etc., or use a current customer engagement platform with API for support/knowledge management like zendesk if you don't require payment/shopping experience and just want to send swag based on user engagement/points.

As far as swag platforms something like Printfection or Swagup can handle all sorts of turnkey swag and could connect through an API.

There are also end-to-end customer advocacy, gamification, and rewards (swag included), providers like Influitive.

Thanks @Jason Stephenson - looks like a cool site. However, we did check on several vendors and the most tricky part is, to find companies who have warehouses/delivery in India, EU, UK, Australia and US. Some of the companies have certain shops around the globe but none of them fulfills all the locations mentioned below. We will continue to investigate but I guess we might need more than one company.
