Where does your SaaS Ops sit in your organisation

Hello TSIA Community,

I am looking for some insight into where your Operations team sit.

For SaaS we have 2 operations areas, infrastructure and application. Do these sit in the same org structure and when in the wider org do they sit? Product/Development, Customer Success, Support, or a stand alone Ops team?

Same operations team that support infrastructure and operations. They are trained to handle on premise and over the cloud solutions.

Thanks Suresh. I am confused by your On-Prem comment, why would you need operations for On-Prem?
