Services Catalog


I want to develop a catalog of services as a means of standardizing SOWs so that it's clear to all what is being sold and what will be delivered. Are there any templates or forms that you have developed that would help capture the necessary intel AND a format for using it as a training tool?

    Good question, @Rita Jerman . I think putting all this info together may jam the interface.

    We have a website with the available products and a brief description of that particular product. On the page, you may see the delivery characteristics of that service (regarding duration, engagement, not many details). If you want more details, you have to click on that product.

    Another approach I'd suggest is to standardize the proposal texts (maybe online or in documents): with that you can train internal sales and operations teams.

    Are you working with packages? If so, I like other McAfee or F5 approaches, that can clearly show the services attached to each package.
