When tracking time for your PS and support teams what do you consider productive time?

Are there any classifications that you consider non-productive effort?

How do you drive prioritization for billable work vs support for NPI, pre-sales? Whats a good billable time target to consider?

    Hi @shalu.manan@blueyonder.com , thanks for sharing this. In my previous experience as a pre-sales leader, I worked with separate teams from pre-sales and operations, so pre-sales was 100% cost. However, I invested in partners/vendors' rebates to make it as compensation, and, for some lines of business, such as CS, I had 100% of that cost paid. A closer example of PS would be the Consulting team (pre-sales + delivery in the same team): we targeted 60%-70% billability.
